When will I hear back?

We understand that when you get in touch, you want a prompt response. While schools are busy environments and staff may not always be able to reply immediately, we are committed to responding to your queries as quickly as possible.

We aim to respond to all emails and phone messages by the end of the next working day.

If you have not received a response within two full working days (for example, if you contact us on a Tuesday and have not heard back by the end of Thursday), please forward your original email to the escalation contact listed below. They will work with the relevant team to ensure your enquiry is responded to as soon as possible.
