Year 6 Induction Day 2026

We were absolutely thrilled to welcome our incoming Year 7 students to Paignton Academy for their Induction Day!

Our staff were incredibly impressed by the students’ enthusiasm, active participation, and positive attitude throughout the day. Students took part in a range of exciting taster lessons, including Science, English, Maths, and PE, giving them a fantastic introduction to life at secondary school.

As a special reward, we awarded Golden Tickets, with lucky winners receiving £10 Amazon vouchers!

A huge thank you to our catering team, Innovate IFG (Impact Food Group), for providing delicious food for our students today. We would also like to thank The Big Step and Pro-Serve for attending our Parent Information Evening and supporting families as they prepare for this exciting transition.

We can't wait to welcome our new Year 7s in September as they begin their journey at Paignton Academy. We are so excited to see all they will achieve!
