Remembrance Competition Winners

As part of the Academy’s Remembrance commemorations in November, students were invited to write a story, poem or song based on the theme War and Peace.

Judges were looking for thoughtful, imaginative pieces which, above all, were from the heart.

The overall winners were Sam Croot for Borough Road and Amber Varney for Waterleat Road.

They each received a printed copy of their entry on A4 card and their pieces have been framed and put in the main reception of their respective sites.

Runners up, named below, each received 10 points for their House.

Borough Road Site
