The Academy Leadership Team consists of the Head of School and the Assistant Heads of School. 

Everyone shares in the corporate responsibility of promoting high quality teaching and learning and raising pupil attainment.

Main Responsibilities: Teaching and Learning, Staff performance & CPD, NQTs/ITTs, Performance of Pupil Premium, Assessment including calendar implementation.

ASSISTANT HEAD OF SCHOOL: Helen Wilkinson, B.A. (Hons), PGCE, NPQSL (Borough Road Centre)Helen Wilkinson

Main Responsibilities:  Promoting positive behaviour, rewards, Staff Attendance and Well-Being, Evaluative processes including Student and Parent feedback, Student Council.
