Celebrating GCSE Results

Students and Staff at Paignton Community and Sports Academy are again celebrating some outstanding results across a range of subjects. Students that performed particularly well included Head Boy Harry Thompson and Izzy Sellars who both gained eight grade 7-9 (A-A**) and Ben Hoare who achieved at least 2.5 progress grades higher across every subject than expected.

 

Paignton Academy students are delighted with their results.

 

Mark Smith, Head of School, said, “Many of our students have achieved fantastically well this year with the new GCSEs. They now have the qualifications to go onto the next stage in their education and careers. We are all proud of all of our students’ efforts. I would like thank all the teachers, staff and parents who have supported our young people for the past five years, enabling them to achieve some excellent results.”
